After a decade of White House service in both Republican and Democratic Administrations, she is now the software industry’s leading champion, overseeing BSA programs and initiatives in 60 countries through its 10 offices around the world.
Craig Albright leads BSA's engagement with the US Congress. Prior to joining BSA, he spent four years as the World Bank Group's Special Representative for the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, managing relations with government officials, private sector executives, think tank academics, civil society leaders and others.
Aaron Cooper serves as Vice President, Strategic Policy Initiatives with BSA | The Software Alliance. He provides advice on policy priorities for BSA and its members.
Jodie L. Kelley leads BSA’s domestic and international compliance & enforcement programs including its copyright-enforcement activities, its compliance policy work, its efforts against Internet crime, and its educational programs to promote software license compliance and respect for intellectual property. Kelley serves as BSA’s general counsel for all corporate matters and manages BSAs’ anti-piracy programs and counsel in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
Ha Nguyen McNeill is BSA’s Chief of Staff, serving as a key partner and representative for internal and external affairs for the President and CEO and ensuring that progress is made on key initiatives. Working with the President and CEO and the BSA senior leadership team, Nguyen contributes to the development and implementation of strategic and policy goals for the organization.
Scott Van Hove supervises administrative functions for BSA including finance, human resources and metrics. He is also responsible for Europe operations and assists with Asia programs.
