Position: Program Manager, Compliance & Enforcement

The Program Manager, Compliance & Enforcement provides coordination, analytical and project management support for BSA’s global lead generation enforcement efforts and will manage special projects related to Compliance & Enforcement. They will also assist in coordinating key Compliance & Enforcement events, meetings, and special projects. The Program Manager reports to BSA’s Deputy General Counsel and will work closely with the Data Analytics and Compliance & Enforcement teams.

Position: Assistant Controller
Location: Washington, DC

The Assistant Controller is a key leader in BSA’s annual planning and budget processes. The position will also manage BSA’s financial accounting and reporting systems, multinational transactions, foreign currencies, closes the monthly and annual financial books, prepares company consolidations and internal and external reporting including audited financial statements. This role will also assist in monitoring BSA’s investments.

Position: Senior Manager/Director, Policy

Position: Country Manager – Korea (Contractor)
Location: Seoul, South Korea

The Country Manager - Korea develops and oversees all aspects of BSA’s initiatives in Korea, including compliance and enforcement, government relations and policy, marketing and public relations, member relations and general administration. The Country Manager - Korea will take direction from BSA’s Deputy General Counsel, based out of BSA’s Washington, DC global headquarters, with respect to the performance of the services, and must be a highly-motivated self-starter with the diverse skills needed to lead BSA’s activities in Korea, working very closely with BSA members in Korea. The position requires an outcome-focused individual who is fluent in English (written and oral), with very strong relationship skills and experience, the ability to develop and run programs, and the capability to manage external advisors.

Position: Manager/Senior Manager, Legislative Strategy
Location: Washington, DC

BSA is currently seeking an experienced government relations professional to represent BSA and its member companies before the U.S. Congress and with federal agencies. The ideal candidate has experience and working relationships with Members of Congress, their staffs and relevant federal agencies, is extremely organized, detail oriented and analytical. Bipartisan skills and ability to work “across the aisle” is required. A strong understanding of the software industry and a history working in some or all of BSA’s key issue areas – intellectual property, international trade, cloud computing, security, privacy and workforce issues – is a plus. This position will report to the Vice President, Legislative Strategy and work closely with the BSA policy team to develop government relations strategies and implement plans to advance BSA’s global advocacy agenda.
