Worldwide Membership

Worldwide membership provides members full participation to all BSA programs including enforcement, policy, compliance marketing, and executive events. Additionally, at this level members play a key role in BSA governance which includes a seat on our Board of Directors (member’s General Counsel), regional committees, and Policy Council. Lastly, as a core BSA member, you will be cited on all BSA press releases, ad campaigns, and white papers.

Worldwide Membership includes:

• Participation on the BSA Board of Directors (Member’s General Counsel);
• Involvement in global enforcement, marketing, and public policy activities;
• Identification in all BSA education, software management, and anti-piracy collateral, press materials, and campaigns across the globe; 
• The opportunity to list up to seven products on BSA’s Internet crawler system (searches P2P systems, IRC, web, FTP and newsgroups) and include them in instances of infringement reported to BSA investigators; 
• Designation of individuals to serve on the U.S. Policy Council and the regional policy committees for Europe, Asia, and Latin America; 
• Full metrics reporting; 
• Invitations to our annual CEO, CTO, and General Counsel Forums; and 
• 50% first year discount on dues.
