The law has changed. Singapore’s amended Copyright Act now makes it a criminal offence to infringe copyright for commercial advantage. Companies should put in place a software asset management (SAM) process to ensure they do not inadvertently fall foul of the Copyright Law. We urge all companies to “Be SAM Ready”!
