NAFTA Digital Trade Provisions Sought by Tech Groups

It’s crucial to include digital trade policies in NAFTA to create a stable legal framework and spur investments in AI development, [BSA Vice President of Global Policy Aaron] Cooper said. The provisions would also set a precedent for future international trade agreements, he said.
