US: Why Should WTO Members Support Extension of the WTO Moratorium on Customs Duties on Electronic Transmissions

The World Trade Organization (WTO) Moratorium on Customs Duties on Electronic Transmissions is up for renewal in the coming months. WTO Members should vote in favor of an extension. No country will benefit from an end to the Moratorium, but those countries that choose to impose customs requirements on electronic transmissions will suffer the most.
