BSA | The Software Alliance today shared a letter with House and Senate leadership sharing suggestions for how policymakers can address important provisions in S. 1260, the United States Innovation and Competition Act of 2021 (USICA) and HR 4521, the America COMPETES Act.
BSA | The Software Alliance today sent a letter to the White House’s National Cyber Director and the Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber and Emerging Technology outlining 12 recommendations to improve open source software security.
“Consumers deserve strong, comprehensive protections that ensure their personal data is used in ways they expect. We’re pleased that Utah and other states are paying attention to the important issue of data privacy,” said Tom Foulkes, Senior Director, State Advocacy at BSA | The Software Alliance.
