2021 Tech Titans
Washingtonian, May 3, 2021
By Joseph Guinto
Washingtonian included BSA President and CEO Victoria Espinel on their 2021 Tech Titans list, a group of 170 power players, innovators, networkers, lobbyists, and government officials who proved resilient in these uncertain times.
From Washingtonian: "Espinel’s trade group, which advocates for Adobe, Intel, Microsoft, and others, was part of a tech-industry push to include funds for cybersecurity in the $1.9-trillion Covid-19 relief bill. The legislation ended up with $2 billion for cybersecurity and IT. Espinel worked on intellectual-property issues during both the George W. Bush and Obama administrations."
