President and CEO Victoria Espinel voices her support for federal privacy legislation and advocates for the regulation of high-risk AI.

BSA | The Software Alliance president and CEO Victoria Espinel will voice support for a few tweaks to the ADPPA, including flexibility for why companies can process data. She will also advocate for legislation regulating high-risk AI systems, arguing that doing so will give the U.S. a stronger voice in the development of global rules for the technology.
