US: BSA Comments on Proposed Rules to Implement New Jersey Data Privacy Act
BSA appreciates the opportunity to comment on proposed draft rules to implement the New Jersey Data Privacy Act. The Draft Rules create significant concerns for BSA, because they appear to impose unworkable requirements that limit how companies improve and develop products that consumers expect.
