Ellen Wilhelm serves as Manager, US Communications, at the Business Software Alliance where she is responsible for US technology policy communications for the global software industry.

Wilhelm has extensive communications experience across industries, including the cybersecurity, national security, political, and broader technology sectors. Before joining BSA, she executed external communications campaigns for a wide range of government and private sector entities on behalf of a DC-based public affairs firm. She has previously worked with Business Roundtable, the United States Military Academy at West Point, the United States Marine Corps, and the Singapore and Colombian Embassies in Washington, DC.

Wilhelm holds a BA in Psychology and Public Affairs from Seattle University. She is based in BSA’s Washington, DC, office.
