BSA | The Software Alliance Praises House Passage of Judicial Redress Act
WASHINGTON — October 20, 2015 — Today’s bipartisan passage of H.R. 1428, the Judicial Redress Act of 2015, is an important step forward for US-EU relations. BSA | The Software Alliance praises the House of Representatives for their critical work as the Act strengthens both security and privacy while maintaining trust for valuable commerce in a global market.
We look forward to building on this momentum. We thank Senators Chris Murphy and Orrin Hatch for their leadership, and hope the Senate will now pass the Judicial Redress Act at the earliest opportunity.
