BSA | The Software Alliance (BSA) welcomes the opportunity to engage with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (MOIS) as it develops the Supplementary Regulations for the Interpretation and Application of the Personal Information Protection Act related to the Processing of Personal Information Transferred to Korea from the European Union’ (Supplementary Regulations). The implementation of the Supplementary Regulations will be pursuant to a Korea-EU Adequacy decision by the EU.
