BSA welcomes the EU Commission’s overall objective in its proposal on horizontal cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 (EU Cyber-Resilience Act, hereafter “CRA”) to improve the cybersecurity of products with digital elements to “enable businesses and consumers to use products with digital elements securely” by mitigating the risk of incidents or attacks that can affect an entire organization or a whole supply-chain.
