US: BSA Letter Regarding California’s AB 412
The Business Software Alliance (“BSA”) appreciates the opportunity to share views from the enterprise software sector on Assembly Bill 412. We respectfully oppose AB 412 given the unintended consequences that it risks creating for the State of California.
