Business Software Alliance senior vice president of US government relations Craig Albright said BSA “applauds members of Congress for including restoration of full and immediate deductibility of research and development expenses as part of HR 1. The R&D provisions in HR 1 strengthen US competitiveness and promotes innovation in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and other breakthrough technologies. It helps keep the US the most attractive place to invest in innovation.”
