US: BSA Comments on the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy’s RFI on Regulatory Reform on AI

BSA recommends that Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) take several steps to address regulatory issues to spur AI adoption:

Launch multiple efforts to identify federal regulatory barriers and provide interpretive compliance guidance;
Address broad-based policy issues with cross-sectoral impact that impede AI adoption; and
Strengthen public sector adoption by enhancing efforts to reform federal procurement policies.
