Laura Vingan is Senior Manager, Global Communications at the Business Software Alliance, where she leads the communications strategy for the EMEA region. Collaborating with the Brussels policy team and colleagues in Washington, DC, she develops and executes strategic initiatives to position BSA as a leading voice in the software industry. She oversees media relations, content creation, and events while also supporting communications efforts in APAC.

Vingan has extensive experience in communications across industries, including railways, insurance, advertising, and technology. Before joining BSA, she managed internal and external communications for the European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA), representing top advertising and PR firms. She previously worked in communications and events for a business association representing insurance brokers.

Vingan holds a BA in Journalism & Communication Studies from the University of Bucharest and a Master of Science in Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She is fluent in English and Romanian and has a professional level of French. Vingan is based in BSA’s Brussels office.
