Through this paper, Business Software Alliance (BSA) wishes to provide input on the open Call for Evidence for an impact assessment for the future Digital Networks Act, while maintaining a holistic approach towards the Digital Decade targets. As BSA members serve a wide array of large and small and medium-sized EU businesses, we firmly believe that meeting these targets is vital for the sustained growth of our customers, as well as to fully leverage the benefits of digital transformation in Europe.
