BSA Submits Comments on EU Commission's GPAI Guidelines

It’s the last day for businesses to file feedback for the Commission’s consultation on the guidelines for general-purpose AI models. The Business Software Alliance already submitted its views — dismissing the “rigid, computing-based threshold” used by the Commission. Using a threshold that would be under constant revision (as computing power evolves) will make life difficult for companies, the BSA said.
