Korea: BSA Recommendations on Amending the Korea AI Basic Act
BSA filed the following comments on amending the Korea AI Basic Act. BSA recommended amending the AI Basic Act to suspend obligations on businesses and ensure that foundational issues, such as the definition of high-impact AI and the allocation of responsibilities between developers and deployers, are addressed in the main legislation.
