EU: BSA Submission on EDPB Guidelines on Anonymisation
BSA recommends that the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) revise its Draft Guidelines on Anonymisation to assess data anonymity from the processor’s perspective and recognize that processors may handle data anonymously through limited data sharing, controller instructions, and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
