BSA | The Software Alliance refers to the review by the Independent National Security Legislation Monitor (INSLM) of the amendments made to Commonwealth legislation by the Telecommunications and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018, as referred to the INSLM by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security.
