The workshop is a part of the FTC’s important efforts to highlight concerns around dark patterns. BSA applauds the Commission’s work to protect consumers and to bring together researchers, legal experts, consumer advocates, and industry professionals to examine what dark patterns are and how they affect both consumers and the marketplace.
