We thank the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Information and Communications for giving the private sector opportunities to comment on draft versions of the Decree on Personal Data Protection last April and the Decree amending and supplementing Decree No. 72/2013/NDCP dated July 15, 2013 on the management, provision and use of Internet services and online information and Decree No. 27/2018/ND-CP dated March 1, 2018 amending and supplementing Decree No. 72 last September.
