Singapore: BSA Comments on Public Consultation on Draft Digital Infrastructure Bill
BSA commends the express exclusion of Software-as-a-Service from the scope of the Bill and recommends that emergency powers are scoped narrowly with an avenue for review of emergency directions, and confine criminal liability to intentional or reckless non-compliance.
