BSA’s comprehensive benefits and perks are designed to show we value our employees, support them in their career goals and empower them to live a healthy, balanced life.

We recognize that benefits play an important role in your selection of an employer. While our specific benefit packages are tailored based upon global location, we cover core benefits and offer many additional unique benefits and perks to our employees in locations around the world. Here’s a sampling of what we offer:

Warm welcome from Day One! Because we are a global organization with staff across the globe, BSA’s Global Buddy Program is designed to help new employees at all levels become acclimated and integrated into the global BSA community by pairing new hires with employees who have been at BSA for over a year.

Stay fit, get fit! BSA reimburses all regular full- and part-time employees (up to US $80 per month) for health and fitness expenses such as monthly fitness club/gym fees, for a personal trainer, fitness classes or participation in a meal plan program designed to help with healthy eating or weight loss.

We Invest in You! BSA encourages ongoing learning and reimburses up to US $2,500 annually for programs such as continuing education, tuition reimbursement, training and professional development. We also offer a comprehensive library of online training and other opportunities for individual development.

Recognition for exemplary contributions! One way we do this is a program where eligible employees can be nominated for a bonus of up to US $2,000 on a quarterly basis.

Commitment to the Community! BSA offers many opportunities to build community inside and outside the office, including participation in charitable events, staff events and support of programs in the community including March of Dimes and the Girls Who Code program.

Unplug, rest and re-energize! After five years of service, and every five years thereafter, employees are granted three weeks of paid sabbatical leave.
