Before the consultation, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) shared two categories of questions with stakeholders like Meta, Google, Microsoft, IBM, OpenAI, NASSCOM, Broadband India Forum, BSA| The Software Alliance, the Quantum Hub, the Dialogue, Digital Empowerment Foundation, and Access Now, aside from multiple IITs.
