We, the undersigned business associations representing major US investors, operators and associated businesses in the cloud technology sector, are writing to share our early views regarding data classification for Public Electronic Service Providers (ESPs). This follows our recent engagement with you during the AmCham Indonesia/US Chamber Financial Services and Information Technology Mission held on March 14, and a meeting at the US Embassy the following day, at which you shared some planned provisions from the Draft Ministerial Regulation on Public Sector ESP.
