BSA | Software Alliance는 최근 실질적으로 체결된 한-싱가포르 디지털협정(이하 “KSDPA”)에 대해 산업통상자원부(이하 “산업부”)에 의견을 제공하고자 합니다. BSA는 산업부가 현재 KSDPA에 대해 의견을 수렴하는 것으로 인지하고 있으며, KSDPA의 서명 및 발효에 대한 BSA의 지지를 표명하고자 합니다.
BSA recommends that Thailand remove the licensing and data localization requirements in the Draft Digital Infrastructure Service Business Act, exclude enterprise services from suspension of access requirements, and replace criminal sanctions with proportionate administrative penalties.
BSA welcomes the European Commission’s ambition to strengthen Europe’s cloud and AI ecosystem, investment, and infrastructure through the Cloud and AI Development Act (CADA).
