인공지능 육성 및 신뢰 확보에 관한 법률안 [18726]에 대한BSA 의견서 | THE SOFTWARE ALLIANCE
BSA1는 윤두현 의원님께서 발의하신 「인공지능산업 육성 및 신뢰 확보에 관한 법률안」이 과학기술정보방송통신위원회와 과학기술정보통신부에서 최종 검토중인 인공지능 기본법 병합안의 기반이 될 것으로 이해하고 있으며, 법안에 대해 의견을 제출할 수 있는 기회를 주신 것에 대하여 감사의 말씀을 드립니다.
BSA recommends adopting narrowly defined and risk-based data classification, refraining from introducing new requirements for cross-border data transfers, adopt internationally recognized personal data transfer mechanisms without additional requirements, and ensure that Vietnam’s broader legal framework supports AI innovation, among others.
BSA appreciates the continued efforts of the Government of Japan to make Japan the “the most AI-friendly country in the world,” and engage with relevant stakeholders to implement the initiatives set out in the AI Basic Plan to achieve this goal.
