Rep. Jay Obernolte (R-CA), discusses the importance of AI regulation and Acting NCD stressed that regulations for AI should be harmonized at BSA’s inaugural Transform summit.
Rep. Obernolte,who recently introduced legislation to use AI technologies to enhance the cybersecurity of Defense Department systems, said at BSA: The Software Alliance’s Transform Summit that AI is “something that requires regulation,” particularly to prevent AI businesses from forming monopolies.
