WASHINGTON – BSA | The Software Alliance announced the expansion of its federal government procurement work with the addition of Jessica Salmoiraghi, who joins the trade association as Senior Director for IT Modernization and Procurement.
A former Chief Acquisition Officer and Associate Administrator for the General Services Administration, Salmoiraghi brings over 15 years of experience in government contracting and procurement work to BSA.

She brings a proven track record of success to BSA that will help address the challenge of improving how the federal government leverages technology to modernize its services.”
