US: BSA Comments on Colorado ADMT Interim Rules
BSA appreciates the opportunity to provide additional comments on the Department of Law’s Automated Decision-Making Technology & Conversational Artificial Intelligence Services rules. These comments focus on the October 6, 2026, interim draft rules implementing the Automated Decision-Making Technology Act (Senate Bill 26-189) (the “Act”).
