US: Safeguarding US Technology Leadership Via Digital and Economic Security Agreements
In line with America First Trade Policy and the White House AI Action Plan, USTR should address technology priorities in AI, quantum, and cybersecurity by negotiating a US-Japan Digital and Economic Security Agreement, followed by digital agreements with the UK and other close allies.
