The Business Software Alliance and the Global Data Alliance respectfully submit this letter to urge the United States and the European Union and its member states to develop and execute an implementation plan for several technology and digital policy commitments under the Joint Statement on a United States-European Union Framework on an Agreement on Reciprocal, Fair, and Balanced Trade (August 21, 2025).
