BSA Commends Japanese Government’s Teleworking Initiative
TOKYO – March 24, 2020 – BSA | The Software Alliance applauds Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for taking steps to promote teleworking and staggered work hours to halt the spread of COVID-19.
“Promoting sound public health practices is of the utmost importance to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Teleworking is one way that we can practice social distancing and protect the most vulnerable in our communities,” said Jared Ragland, Senior Director, Policy — APAC at BSA | The Software Alliance. “BSA commends Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare for taking this step to encourage remote work.”
