US: Bringing GSP Into the 21st Century
BSA recommends that the GSP statute be amended to authorize USTR to consider the extent to which a beneficiary developing country has either refrained from imposing barriers relating to digital trade and/or taken action to reduce or eliminate barriers relating to digital trade.
