BSA urges clarifying the respective responsibilities of developers and deployers to reflect their roles in the AI value chain and recommends exclusive enforcement authority for the Attorney General to ensure consistent application of the law. Finally, BSA calls for promoting interoperability with global frameworks and integrating ongoing stakeholder input into the legislative process.
