Australia: BSA Submission to Senate Committee on Online Safety Amendment (Digital Duty of Care) Bill 2026

BSA filed comments with the Senate Environment and Communications Legislation Committee on the Online Safety Amendment (Digital Duty of Care) Bill 2026 (Bill). BSA recommended that the Bill expressly exclude business-to-business services from the Digital Duty of Care and cover only AI services that make the material they generate available to the public.
