US: BSA's RFO FAR Submission
BSA’s Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) letter covers three of the four RFO rules (FAR Cases 2026-003, 2026-006, and 2026-011). It focuses on FAR Parts 12, 16, 27, 44, and 52, and asks the FAR Council to protect commercial terms, clarify consumption-based pricing, restore license language in the order of precedence, and delay Part 52 renumbering until the end.
