BSA Welcomes Zendesk as Newest Global Member
Leader in customer relationship software joins the primary trade association representing the enterprise software industry
WASHINGTON – September 15, 2021 – BSA | The Software Alliance today announced that Zendesk has joined as a global member. Shanti Ariker, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Zendesk, has also joined BSA’s Board of Directors.
