BSA’s Henry Young will sit on a panel and discuss the recommendations from the National Cybersecurity Strategy and how they could impact the evolving landscape for cybersecurity regulation in the US. In March 2023, the Biden Administration released its National Cybersecurity Strategy. Among many other notable developments, the National Cybersecurity Strategy called for the establishment of minimum cybersecurity standards for critical sectors, and passage of legislation to grant this authority in sectors where it does not currently exist.
