BSA Calls for Clear and Practical Guidance on EU AI Transparency Rules

In its response to the European Commission's targeted stakeholder consultation on transparency requirements under Article 50 of the AI Act, the Business Software Alliance (BSA) released the following statement:
“Transparency is essential for building trust in AI, but it has to be clear, practical, and flexible. Europe now has the opportunity to set guidance that works in the real world — by combining clear definitions, proportionate obligations, and room for innovation,” said Alice Stradi, Senior Manager - Policy EMEA.
