BSA CEO Victoria Espinel Warns Data and Cloud Restrictions Undermine ASEAN AI Adoption

ASEAN governments risk stalling their artificial intelligence ambitions unless they ease restrictions on cross-border data flows and cloud adoption, Business Software Alliance CEO Victoria Espinel warned in an interview with MLex. She said Singapore is ahead of its neighbors on clear, flexible rules, but uneven policies across the region are constraining the widespread adoption of AI.
