BSA Discusses Significance of Updates to SBOM Minimum Elements Report

The Business Software Alliance weighed in on the significance of CISA's update to the SBOM minimum elements report. Henry Young, BSA's senior director for policy, said, "We're excited to work with CISA to improve software security, which is one of the priorities in BSA's 2025 Global Cyber Agenda. Creating a shared set of minimum elements for SBOMs is an important step in making SBOMs useful for improving cybersecurity while supporting innovation."
