BSA Launches Cross-Border Data Group

BSA | The Software Alliance, a global software trade group, is launching the Global Data Alliance today.
Joe Whitlock, BSA’s director of policy, told Bloomberg Government in an interview that the group will focus on “advocating and explaining the importance of cross-board data transfer to technological development, to the design of new products, enhancing business productivity, reaching customers, R&D, the full range of business activities conducted by global companies.”
