BSA President and CEO Victoria Espinel Shares Thoughts on Safe Harbor With Politico

The strategy taken by Safe Harbor advocates in recent weeks has been to increase the political temperature in the hope of speeding up the drafting process. Both Secretary Pritzker and VP Ansip were swarmed by tech companies in Davos, say those on the ground. What's critical now, says Victoria Espinel, CEO of BSA | The Software Alliance, is making sure, "the negotiators are seizing that progress and close the deal."
