BSA Submits Comments on Commerce's Rulemaking, Addresses Foreign Ownership

BSA | The Software Alliance advocates for more focus on addressing foreign ownership and reducing costs for IaaS providers in regard to the Commerce Department’s proposed rule.
BIS received nearly 500 comments on the proposed rule including from BSA-The Software Alliance which advocated for scoping to make the rulemaking more targeted on addressing foreign ownership and reducing costs for IaaS providers.
