BSA Urges Congress to Revisit NDAA Amendments

BSA | The Software Alliance in a Sept. 12 letter argues that the amendments need further revisions and discussion to narrow the authorities for protecting the physical and cybersecurity of “highly capable” AI technologies. The letter was sent to Schumer, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Senate Armed Services Chairman Jack Reed (D-RI) and ranking member Roger Wicker (R-MS).
